Job Responsibilities
  • Sort, collect, and deliver mail safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain knowledge of local infrastructure, roads, customers, and delivery receptacles.
  • Ensure mail is securely handled.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Process CPC products and services (Change of Address, Damaged Mail, IDB, etc.).
  • Wear Canada Post identification visibly during delivery.
  • Lift and carry items up to 50 lb/22.7 kg.
  • Operate a motor vehicle in all weather conditions.
Qualifications & Vehicle Requirements
  • Valid provincial driver’s license (class 5 or G).
  • Clean driving record.
  • Minimum cargo capacity of 100 cu ft (2832 liters).
  • Vehicle equipped with a metal rooftop and accessory power outlet.
  • Fifth door/hatchback for oversized items (preferred).
  • Provide and maintain automobile liability insurance.
