Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and passionate individuals to join our Front of House teams for our Rundle Bar.

Starting Rate: $18.22 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $20.27.

Availability Requirement: These are seasonal positions starting June to October 31, 2025.

What You Will Be Doing

  1. Develop unique cocktails that align with the establishment’s theme, ensuring they are visually appealing and high quality.
  2. Engage with guests, recommend drinks based on their preferences, and provide an exceptional bar experience.
  3. Maintain cleanliness, organize bar areas, handle opening/closing duties, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
  4. Manage stock levels, place orders, track wastage, and conduct monthly inventory counts.
  5. Work with kitchen staff for drink pairings, update the cocktail menu, and train bartenders in mixology and beverage knowledge.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  1. Several years of bartending experience with in-depth knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, cocktail techniques, and the history of cocktails.
  2. Strong creativity to invent new drinks, combined with precision in measuring, mixing, and presenting cocktails.
  3. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact with patrons and provide an exceptional experience.
  4. Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  5. Must have Pro-Serve Certification, prior POS experience, and a willingness to adapt to trends and customer preferences.
