Weir Minerals is hiring for a Rubber Liner at our Elliot Lake, ON facility. You will prepare pipes, tanks, chutes, pumps and apply rubber to interior surfaces, following blueprints and safety protocols.

The role is onsite (M-TH 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM). Qualified candidates bring hands-on industrial labor experience, basic math, strong safety awareness, and a team-oriented mindset. Training and certifications are a plus, and shift flexibility is appreciated.

Qualifications

• Industrial or commercial labor experience with hands-on work around industrial equipment.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions and blueprints accurately.
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to safe work practices.
• Team player attitude with punctuality and a strong work ethic.

Responsabilités

• Prepare pipes, tanks, chutes, pumps, and other products for rubber lining by rolling or painting interior surfaces after sandblasting is completed.
• Apply rubber to interior surfaces by following detailed instructions, drawings, and sketches with hand tools to meet blueprint specifications.
• Read layout tables and blueprint drawings to position rubber components within tolerances.
• Safely load, unload, and move materials using overhead cranes and forklifts.
• Demonstrate 100% commitment to zero-harm safety culture.
