Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and flexibleContract Clinical Specialistbased in Ontario to support all clinical aspects related to our ICU ventilator product line. This role includes providing hands-on education and support during hospitaltrials, installations, and go-lives. As a casual, independent contractor, you will be a trusted clinical resource to Respiratory Therapists (RTs) and hospital staff, ensuring confident, safe, and effective ventilator use.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-person, hands-on training sessions for RTs and clinical teams on-site at hospitals across Canada.
• Facilitate complete clinical education programs, customized to site-specific needs, including during ventilator trials, new installations, and go-lives.
• Remain on-site as needed during implementation phases to support real-time clinical usage and respond to staff questions or issues.
• Act as a clinical liaison between Spectramedx and hospital staff, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and adoption.
• Provide feedback to the Spectramedx team on clinical experiences and opportunities for improvement.
• Represent Spectramedx with professionalism and clinical expertise at all customer sites.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Respiratory Therapist (RT) in good standing in Ontario.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in acute or critical care settings.
• Strong familiarity with ICU ventilators, ideally with experience in clinical training or product onboarding.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teaching skills.
• Flexible availability and ability to travel within Ontario on an as-needed basis.
• Independent contractor status (ability to invoice and manage own taxes/expenses).
