• 5+ years as an indentured Plumber with technical skills in installations and repairs.

Qualifications, Experience, and Abilities

Candidates should possess a combination of the following:

• A team player with a positive attitude and strong character
• Clean and tidy appearance
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• 5+ years of experience as an indentured Plumber
• Preferred: High-rise building, boiler, electrical, or controls experience
• Preferred: Red Seal ticket
• Preferred: Class B Gas ticket
• Preferred: Backflow ticket with testing and repairing knowledge
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record (Class 7 considered with a booked road test)
• Hardworking, reliable, with the ability to multitask and problem-solve
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership and training abilities as required
• Willing to provide references upon request
• Documentation confirming eligibility to work in Canada
• Technical skills including troubleshooting, repair, and installation of toilets, sinks, drainage, faucets, shower cartridges, dishwashers, basic water heaters, and commercial flush valves
• Ability to source and repair water leaks
• Ability to replace smaller residential PRVs
• Experience with rough-ins, venting, and boiler/ HWT/ tank repairs
• Drain cleaning and unclogging experience using K-50, K-60, K-1500, and hydro jetters
• Experience with camera scoping and locating
• Some experience with hose bibb rebuilds, toilet and tub resets
• Ability to solder up to 2 inches and use of propress tools with XL jaws
