Job Description

• Dis-assembly and re-assembly, grinding, polishing, and de-burring all necessary tooling for RSB/BiM manufacturing.
• Assist production technician with all daily responsibilities.
• Operation of stamping press, BiM milling, and side set.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and be mobile for 8 hours.
• Proper hand dexterity.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Proficient in precision measuring to ± .0001.
• Proven ability to operate and maintain automated surface grinders.
• Proven CNC ability to operate tooling and cutting sharpener.
• Ability to read and prepare orders.
• High understanding of machines and components.
• Computer and software navigation ability.
• Ability to lift (up to) 40 lbs.
• Math skills appropriate to a machining environment.
• Able to read product prints and check product to match.
• Proficient in the use of measuring devices such as dial indicators and calipers.
• Ability to safely use hand tools correctly.
• Accredited HS diploma or GED.
