Flexstaf IT is seeking an experienced integration specialist for an onsite Toronto role. You will work with IBM ACE, IIB, WebSphere, and MQ, plus .NET web stacks, REST and SOAP interfaces, and PowerShell automation.

Ideal candidates bring Oracle/PL-SQL experience, ArcGIS exposure, and strong team communication. Start date is contingent on security clearances and contract signing, with a long-term engagement possible.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in IBM ACE, IBM Integration Bus (IIB), WebSphere Message Broker and IBM MQ.
• Familiarity with web-based .NET application development technologies and frameworks.
• Knowledge of integration technologies and protocols (REST/SOAP).
• Strong scripting and automation skills with PowerShell.

• Experience with ArcGIS, APIs and spatial data management; Java programming knowledge

Assignment Type - This position is currently listed as "Onsite", working 7.25 hours per calendar day, sometime between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (excluding breaks) Monday to Friday inclusive, unless otherwise identified.

• Familiarity with web-based .NET application development technologies and frameworks.
• Knowledge and experience with integration technologies and protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP).

Experience and Skill Set Requirements

A Note on the VOR Master Service Agreement:

The VOR Master Service Agreement expires on April 5, 2027, and includes a six (6)-month survival clause, allowing the Statement of Work (SOW) to continue, if operationally required, until October 5, 2027. Extension(s) are only allowed using unused days and/or funds remaining on the contract. No additional funds will be added beyond the maximum contract value and any extension options included in the original SOW. JTS may exercise its option(s) to extend the SOW beyond April 5, 2027, in accordance with the survival clause. Services required beyond this date will be acquired through a Request for Services (RFS) issued under the successor VOR.

The start date is subject to change based on security clearances and contract signing timelines.

Mandatory Requirements

• Proficiency in IBM ACE, IBM Integration Bus (IIB), WebSphere Message Broker, and IBM MQ.
• Familiarity with web-based .NET application development technologies and frameworks.
• Knowledge and experience with integration technologies and protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP).
• Strong expertise in scripting and automation using PowerShell.
