Job summary

Source Code is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Leader to drive large-scale OPS I&IT initiatives on a 6+ month onsite engagement in Toronto. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver on time, within scope and budget, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

The role requires 10+ years of enterprise PM experience, Agile/Scrum familiarity, ITIL processes, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Integrated Enterprise project management experience across business and IT teams.
• Experience managing multi-year, multi-million budget projects and handling stakeholders, risks, changes, issues, time, scope and resources.
• Experience with MS Office tools including Visio, Project, PowerPoint, Word, Teams and other PM tools.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and scalable minimum viable products.
• Experience with Public Sector ITIL processes including incident, release, problem management and support models.

Must Have:

• 10+ years of Integrated Enterprise project management experience across business and I&IT teams.
• Demonstrated experience with managing multi-year multi-million budget projects Experience with the management of Stakeholders, risks, changes, issues, time, scope and resources.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools including Visio, Project, PowerPoint, Word, Teams and other tools that support project management, collaboration and development of processes and plans Experience utilizing, managing and understanding various software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum and scalable minimum viable products.
• Experience with Public Sector ITIL process including incident management, release management, problem management, support models, etc.
  

Nice to have:

• Experience with OPS business processes, gating procedures, project management requirements and business rules.
