Job summary

Maarut in Toronto, Canada, seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead planning and execution across the product lifecycle. You will gather requirements, define the vision, and ensure the product aligns with the company strategy while delivering strong customer outcomes.

You will work with engineering to deliver features quickly, drive launches, and track KPIs to measure success. Strong Agile, Scrum, and Lean practices are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery, Scrum, and Lean product development.

• Nice to have OPS/public sector experience.

Job description

• Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including:
  
• Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements
  
• Defining the product vision
  
• Ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals
  
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience:
  
• Identify and fill product gaps
  
• Generate new ideas that grow market share

• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
