Flexstaf IT in Toronto is seeking a Workday Integration Analyst for a hybrid contract role. You will design solutions leveraging Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM, map business requirements, and produce design documents to support public sector workflows.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years' experience in Siebel and AEM, strong communication, and proven ability to translate business needs into technical specifications, while following QA standards.

Formación

• At least 7+ years of experience designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM technologies.
• Experience with developing business design document, functional & non- functional requirements.
• Experience with developing high level application flows to support the business requirements.
• Experience in creating detailed process flows, developing high-level screen designs that map steps within a process to actual views in software solutions.
• Experience with solutions and designs with user experience and accessibility (WCAG/AODA).
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Experience developing user personas and user journey maps.
• Experience analyzing user feedback and designing solutions to address user issues and pain points.
• Experience creating wire frames and high-fidelity mockups with UI prototyping software such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Experience researching and applying industry best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in developing use cases (business/system), identifying and documenting business rules.
• Demonstrated experience with the creation and analytical process of business requirement documents.
• Demonstrated experience in identifying risk and providing solutions.
• Demonstrated experience with creating quality assurance plan and writing test cases.
• Experience working on Oracle Policy Automation (OPA)/Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) is a strong asset.
• Demonstrated experience with change management methodologies.
• 7+ years of experience in Siebel, and Adobe AEM Solution implementation.
• Demonstrated experience with documenting test strategies, scenarios, plans for user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Demonstrated experience in creating and updating business architecture artefacts.
• Demonstrated experience with rational unified process (RUP).
• Experience in developing application view visibility and CRUD (create, read, update, delete) matrix.
• Experience with developing application screen mock-ups and screen flows; translate screen design and workflows into Wireframes and or prototype.
