Zohorecruit is seeking a senior technical specialist to design and implement hosting technology solutions based on client requirements. You will work across Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM, creating business designs, flows, and UI prototypes while ensuring accessibility standards.

Responsibilities include documenting requirements, leading architecture artefact updates, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, mission-critical systems for public sector clients.

Formación

• Must have 7+ years designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM.
• Experience developing business design documents and requirements.
• Experience creating high level application flows to support business needs.
• Experience in Siebel and Adobe AEM solution implementation.
• Demonstrated experience in creating and updating business architecture artefacts.
• Experience with UX accessibility (WCAG/AODA) and user research.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop large, complex, highly available server applications.
• Create detailed process flows and high level screen designs mapping steps to views.
• Translate screen designs into wireframes and prototypes (Figma/Adobe XD).
• Document test strategies and UAT scenarios; ensure QA standards are met.

• Undertakes the design of hosting technology solutions based on theclient's service specifications, standards, policies, best practices and costmodels, in order to meet client application business requirement andproject/initiative deliverables.
  

General Skills:

• Knowledge of integrated networking technologies, mainframe,midrange server, enterprise storage and SAN, and personal computer systemtechnologies
  
• Knowledge of related best practices, OPS directory/messagingstandards, standard facilities infrastructure/architecture management, facilityservice delivery processes, infrastructures policies, procedures and direction,cost models and procurement processes
  
• Ability to gather client business requirements; corporate I&ITinformation mandates, client information technology strategic plans,environment and standards
  
• Ability to participate in the development of solutions and provideadvice on short/long term solution service development activities.
  
• Knowledge of leading edge technologies design criteria, securityand recovery procedures, preparation of technical specifications forinstallation, testing and performance of integrated, multi-services systems;assess performance and capacity of existing system making recommendations forimproving performance and develop technical documentation.
  
• Experience planning, migrating, implementing and sustaining largecomplex system development projects
  
• Knowledge of technology developments, trends and new products toevaluated application to client short and long term technology requirements.
  
• Basic knowledge of project management methodology (e.g. PMBOK),analytical tools and processes.
  
• Conceptual and analytical skills to assess and evaluate clientneeds and conduct cost/benefit analyses for new technology requirements inplanning and designing solutions.
  
• Experience designing and developing large, complex, highlyavailable, mission critical server applications
  
• Experience with systems evaluation to assess conditions, technicalperformance and capacity of existing systems and determine need and feasibilityof expansion, renovation or replacement

Must Haves:

• At least 7+ years of experience designing solutions withOracle Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM technologies
