Our client is looking for a RQ09227 - Business Analyst – Senior for a 12-month contract in Toronto. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and document testing artifacts and activities for configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 CE and F&O applications
• Support functional requirements of the system, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Develop detailed testing approaches, methodologies, and procedures, including test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria
• Conduct user acceptance testing, system integration testing, performance testing, and system validation and verification

Qualifications

Must have

• At least 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing within an Agile/SDLC environment
• Proven experience in functional testing with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and F&O

Nice to have

• Experience with QA concepts, methodologies, testing principles, and processes related to ERP and CRM solutions
• Knowledge of use case generation, automated/manual testing, bug lifecycle management, and tools like JIRA, Azure TFS
• API testing skills (JSON, REST) using Postman and JMeter
• Experience with CRM test automation and Dynamics 365
• Understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
