Job description

Responsibilities

Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications. This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests. Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages.

CRM Software Development Skills

1. Knowledge and experience with specific CRM software and anticipated future releases high availability solution design and implementation.
2. Knowledge and experience with specific CRM enterprise architecture methodologies, design standards, and tools.
3. Experience with middleware and gateways.
4. Expertise in specific tools for CRM software development.

Desirable Skills

1. Knowledge and experience with programming Internet-ready applications.
2. Knowledge and experience in rapid application development (RAD) methodologies.

Siebel Development Skills - 40 %

1. 10+ years of experience with Siebel technical configuration/ design / development / integration.
2. 5+ years of experience of Siebel integration with Adobe AEM, J2EE, etc.
3. 5+ years of experience with Siebel EIM/EAI.
4. 3+ years of experience with Siebel IP18+ with a focus on configuring / developing.
5. Experience with Assignment Manager, Business Rules, Workflow, Applets, Views, Screens, Code/Scripts, and related Siebel Business Layer objects.
6. Experience with Siebel Tools Software and editing Siebel Web Templates.
7. Experience in using Siebel Open UI specific classes and Methods.
8. Demonstrated possession of Siebel 8.x or above certification.
9. Experience in Siebel Open UI Architecture (Physical Model, Presentation Model) and OOTB OUI file structures and limitations.
10. Experience in UI integration (embedding external application in Siebel, Exposing Siebel in External application).

Report Development Skills - 35%

1. Experience in OBIEE and PowerBI report development.
2. Experience in HTML 5, Cascading Style Sheet, JQuery, and JavaScript.
3. Working knowledge of Open UI Concepts-PM, PR, Manifest File, and Mapping files.

2. Experience with Grants Management would be an asset.

Must Haves:

1. At least 7+ years of experience designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM.
2. At least 7+ years of experience designing solutions with Adobe AEM technologies.
3. Experience with developing business design documents, functional & non-functional requirements.
4. Experience with developing high-level application flows to support the business requirements.
5. Experience in developing functional design documents.

Nice to have:

1. Experience with Public Sector Transfer Payment (Grant) Model would be an asset.
2. Experience with ensuring that corporate QA standards are followed and maintained would be an asset.
