RQ09122 - Solutions Designer - Senior

Responsibilities:

• Design hosting technology solutions based on client specifications, standards, policies, best practices, and cost models to meet application and project requirements.

General Skills:

• Knowledge of networking, mainframe, server, enterprise storage, SAN, and PC technologies.
• Understanding of best practices, standards, infrastructure management, policies, procedures, and procurement.
• Ability to gather and analyze client business requirements and IT strategies.
• Experience in solution development, advising on service development activities.
• Familiarity with technology design, security, recovery, technical specifications, and performance assessment.
• Experience managing large system development projects.
• Knowledge of industry trends, new products, project management, and analytical tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Experience and Skill Set Requirements:

Must Haves:

• 7+ years designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM.
• Experience in business design, functional/non-functional requirements, and application flow development.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Public Sector Transfer Payment (Grant) Model.
• Experience ensuring adherence to QA standards.

Technical Skills:

• 7+ years in Siebel and Adobe AEM solutions.
• Experience with change management, test documentation, business architecture, RUP, and application mock-ups.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and client interaction skills.

Public Sector Experience:

• Experience with Transfer Payment (Grant) models and QA standards is an asset.
