An established industry player is seeking a skilled IT professional to enhance their Human Resources systems. This role involves designing and expanding data pipelines, integrating Oracle recruitment systems with PeopleSoft, and providing technical expertise to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM modules, Oracle database management, and excellent analytical skills. Hybrid Work Environment: The successful candidate is expected to work onsite at 222 Jarvis St 3 days per week, and may work remotely up to 2 days per week.

Work with project teams to develop integrations and interfaces between Oracle recruitment system and PeopleSoft to meet business needs. Analyze business requirements related to Human Resources programs and service delivery. Provide consulting on the use of information technology such as PeopleSoft to meet business objectives. Recommend system development solutions and configurations. Offer technical expertise in systems analysis and design.
