Responsibilities

1. Analyze government information relevant to business architecture, consult with government contacts on specific architecture elements, and conduct focus group workshops.
2. Develop and maintain business capabilities.

Requirements

Architecture Expertise & Experience - 70%

• 10+ years of experience with various Enterprise Architecture frameworks, preferably Zachman, in large-scale complex systems.
• Extensive experience in Business and Information Architecture.
• Proven track record in implementing large-scale, complex projects, including business capabilities mapping, updating business services, processes, network models, functional models, and workflows.
• Experience in designing business architectures within government or similar complex multi-project organizations.
• Strong understanding of diverse business environments, especially government, and their business drivers.
• Ability to produce strategic enterprise blueprints and architecture roadmaps.
• Expertise in complex data modeling, producing conceptual, logical, and physical data models using industry standards and tools like Power Designer.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) solutions architecture.

Architecture Skills & Capabilities - 30%

• Experience conducting business architecture assessments, ensuring compliance with standards and guidelines.
• Knowledge of architecture frameworks like Zachman, and skills in systems analysis, integration, and implementation in large environments.
• Awareness of emerging technologies and trends.
• Strong management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Must Haves:
