Responsibilities

1. Provides advice on testing strategy, test plans, testing tools, and resource identification.
2. Plans and organizes testing efforts for large systems, including GUI and non-GUI environments, system integration, specialized tests, and user acceptance testing (e.g., stress tests).
3. Develops test plans, scripts, and cases; executes these with project teams across analysis, design, development, and support phases.

Required Skills:

1. Experience in planning and implementing testing efforts at the specified level.
2. Knowledge of structured development methodologies and application maintenance.
3. Experience with automated test tools, version control, and testing on multiple platforms.
4. Execution of functional, non-functional, and system integration tests.
5. Supporting and participating in UAT activities.
6. Knowledge of QA principles, tools, and methodologies.
7. Creation of test documentation, including test plans and data for various testing phases.
8. Experience with unit, integration, load, and performance testing.
9. Understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle.
10. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
11. Proven ability to meet deadlines and work as part of a team.
12. Knowledge of automated testing tools and accessibility standards (AODA).
13. Experience testing COTS applications, Power BI, and using Azure DevOps.
14. Experience leading QA teams and automating test cases.

Additional Skills and Knowledge:

1. Experience with low code/no code solutions like Power Platform, Power BI, Dynamics 365.
2. Proficiency in Azure DevOps for test management and bug tracking.
3. Ability to develop and execute test cases for functional and non-functional requirements.
4. Familiarity with SDLC, ITIL, relational databases, SQL, and information retrieval.
5. Knowledge of accessibility testing tools such as NVDA, Accessibility Insights, and WAVE.
6. Experience in test planning, defect analysis, troubleshooting, reporting, and performance monitoring.
7. Ability to lead UAT and collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements.
8. Experience working with Agile teams.

Communication and Project Management Skills - 15%
