Michael Garron Hospital's Withdrawal Management Service seeks an experienced Registered Practical Nurse to join an interprofessional team. You will coordinate medical aspects of withdrawal, monitor clients, and support care alongside RNs, NPs and counsellors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years recent clinical experience with adults living with substance use/dependency and mental health challenges.
• Experience in medical nursing, health assessment, and withdrawal management.
• Strong ability to conduct biopsychosocial assessments and formulate treatment plans.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and oversee health and medical aspects of withdrawal from substances.
• Work evenings and weekends and provide back-up vacation coverage.
• Collaborate with RN/NP team and Withdrawal Management Counsellors to support client care.
