• Experience in Geriatrics, Rehabilitation, and/or senior health industry is an asset.
• Ability to foster a positive work environment.
• Capacity to identify risks and implement good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per policy and physician’s orders.
• Ensure delivery of excellent nursing and personal care.
• Create a supportive environment through teamwork.
• Oversee resident care and communicate regularly with families.
• Supervise Personal Support Workers assigned to the unit.
• Perform admission, readmission, and ongoing assessments.
