    Role Overview

    We are hiring a full-time RPA Engineer to lead development of our automation ecosystem. This role goes beyond basic task automation—you’ll build mission-critical bots that integrate with AI systems, connect business units, and scale across continents.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable RPA bots (UiPath, Power Automate, etc.)
  • Automate workflows across multiple business domains : finance, HR, RevOps, customer onboarding
  • Integrate tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, and internal platforms using APIs and scripts
  • Embed AI / ML functionality into bot logic for predictive, intelligent automation
  • Continuously monitor, improve, and document automation performance
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand pain points and solve through automation
  • Ensure automations are secure, auditable, and robust for enterprise-scale execution
  • Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on RPA experience in a production environment
  • Proven experience in SaaS, Healthtech, and AI-powered system integration
  • Strong coding experience in Python, JavaScript, and working with RESTful APIs
  • Experience deploying bots across multiple departments and scaling workflows
  • Clear communicator who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
  • Bonus : Experience combining RPA with AI / ML models or data pipelines
