Position :

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Analyst

Location : Hybrid (Toronto Downtown)

Structure : Full-time permanent

We have a great new opportunity to support one of our Financial Services clients in a contract capacity!

Key Responsibilities :

Process Improvement & Business Transformation :

Work closely with business teams to map analyze and optimize operational processes.

Support process re-engineering efforts with a focus on simplicity efficiency and automation-readiness.

Identify process bottlenecks inefficiencies and automation opportunities in partnership with business stakeholders.

Hands-On Automation Development :

Design and build RPA solutions using Power Automate Python scripting and other RPA / workflow tools.

Integrate enterprise data sources into automated workflows leveraging APIs SQL and data manipulation.

Develop Business Process Models (BPM) to document process flows during discovery and design sessions.

Monitor troubleshoot and optimize RPA solutions to ensure stable effective automation operations.

Documentation & Governance :

Prepare detailed process documentation user guides and technical documentation to support project governance and future reference.

Collaborate in creating and maintaining RPA project roadmaps and ensure seamless project delivery.

Qualifications :

Education : University degree in a related discipline such as Information Technology Computer Science Business Systems or Engineering.

Experience :

3 years of combined experience in IT business analysis or automation.

Hands-on experience in both business process analysis (mapping current / future state pain point identification and optimization) and RPA development .

Proven experience with RPA tools such as Power Automate (cloud and desktop) or other leading RPA tools with proficiency in connectors flow building conditions and integrations.

Strong Python programming skills SQL expertise and familiarity with API calls and data manipulation.

Additional Skills :

Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI LLMs and low-code / no-code platforms .

Understanding of industry practices and methodologies like BPMN 2.0 Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into business-friendly language.

Ability to adapt and pivot quickly as project and business priorities evolve.
