What you will be doing:

  • Assist guests via phone, email, and messaging channels.
  • Provide personalized, anticipatory service to enhance guest experience.
  • Recommend property facilities and amenities, handle special requests and inquiries efficiently.
  • Conduct reservation checks to ensure accuracy and a smooth guest arrival.
  • Listen to guest feedback and resolve concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain good rapport with hotel departments.
  • Handle emergency procedures professionally and efficiently.
  • Book room reservations and update information in the system.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Service-oriented personality; prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Opera Cloud or similar property management systems.
  • Background in Hospitality or related fields is desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in professional English; additional languages are a plus.
