Royal Service Agent Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge

Location: 1 Old Lodge Rd, Jasper, AB T0E 1E0

Pay: $19.54 an hour

Job Type: Full-time

Shift and Schedule: Night shift

Company Description: Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge is a premier year-round resort offering exceptional outdoor adventures for both guests and colleagues. Jasper is a haven for nature lovers and adventure enthusiasts, surrounded by the majestic Canadian Rockies and breathtaking landscapes.

Job Description: Starting Rate of Pay: $19.54/hr CAD. Be an ambassador for our brand as a Royal Service Agent, where the engaging and anticipative service you provide over the telephone will make our guests feel valued and reflect the exceptional hotel experience to come. In this role you will support the hotel by:

1. Ensure all external and internal guest/colleague inquiries and concerns are answered promptly and professionally either by telephone or the radio system.
2. Respond to all Room Reservation, Rate Offering and Hotel Information inquiries promptly and professionally via telephone and/or e-mail.
3. Accurately record all required reservation information in the Property Management System (Property Manager).
4. Maintain and monitor ‘Royal Service” platform.
5. Monitor and respond to guest Kipsu text messages within the Forbes standard time frame (3 mins).
6. Ensure all communication is professional and follows radio standards, using the correct verbiage and coding system to maximize efficiency in radio communication.
7. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required.
2. Minimum 1 year Customer service experience required.
3. Good knowledge of hotel facilities and previous Property Manager asset.
4. Must be willing to work flexible shifts (incl. night shifts).
5. Computer and typing skills, approximately 40 words per minute.
6. Must possess professional telephone etiquette and have an excellent command of the English language.
7. Must possess excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
