Job summary

Premium Retail Services (Canada), Inc. seeks Pet Ambassadors to represent a major pet brand in stores and at events. You will engage with pet parents, share health and nutrition knowledge, and help customers find products.

The role offers flexible hours with a part-time schedule, ongoing training, and a collaborative team environment. Must have reliable transportation to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

Tidy and face client's products on shelves and set up POS materials to help customers find what they need.
Build and maintain relationships with store associates, store management, and pet parents.
Provide store staff with pet health, nutrition, and product knowledge to drive recommendations and sales.
Engage with pet parents and their pets in-store and at events to build brand affinity.
Share pet health information and make personalized product recommendations.
Set up demos/displays as required.
Utilize client-provided materials to engage customers.
Support special projects as needed.

Responsibilities

What will you do?

Tidy and face client's products on shelves as well as ensure any authorized POS material is nicely set up to help ensure pet parents find what they need.
Build and maintain relationships with store associates, store management, and pet parents.
Provide store associates with pet health, nutrition, and product knowledge including benefits and promotions to help increase recommendations and sales (with guidance from the client and approval from store managers).
Build brand awareness and affinity by actively engaging with pet parents and their pets in-store and at events.
Delight customers by sharing pet health and nutrition information and making personalized product recommendations for their pets.
Set up demos/displays as required.
Maintain and leverage client's provided material, such as equipment and handouts, to engage associates and pet parents.
Support recommendations driving special projects as required.
