Job summary

DUCA is hiring a full-time Member Service Representative in Burlington and Hamilton. The MSR will deliver outstanding service to Members, handle routine banking transactions, and promote the full range of DUCA products and services.

The role requires cash handling experience, strong computer skills, and a customer-focused mindset. The position emphasizes proactive member engagement, appointment setting with advisors, and adherence to branch procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience handling cash in a retail banking or credit union setting.
• Strong working knowledge of computer systems and software used in branch operations.
• Experience helping Members or customers in a bank or credit union environment is preferred.
• Sales experience is considered an asset.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delight Members by delivering outstanding service at the front counter and by phone.
• Promote DUCA’s full range of services and open new Member accounts.
• Make outbound calls to book advisor appointments and follow up with Members.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other routine transactions.
• Identify Members’ financial needs and connect them with the appropriate advisor.
• Maintain cash balances and balance daily transactions in accordance with procedures.

High School Diploma or equivalent
