Cintas Canada is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a route truck delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, and other facility products while building rapport with key decision makers and ensuring service quality.

The role offers a solid base salary with commission potential after being assigned a route, a 4-day workweek for the majority of shifts, and bonuses/incentives based on performance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or Military Service.
• A valid, full, unrestricted driver's license.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork.

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Key Responsibilities Include

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Requirements

• Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by Provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with Provincial requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment: A valid, full, unrestricted driver's license
