Job summary

Cintas Canada is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products, and other facility services on an established route.

You will be the face of the company to customers, build relationships with decision makers, and uphold quality while solving issues. Training provided and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must meet provincial driving requirements for vehicles over 10,000 lbs.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Self-motivation and a teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Key Responsibilities Include

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers


• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.


• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services


• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely


• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

Qualified candidates must meet all Provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with Provincial requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:

• Possess a valid driver's license in good standing
