Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Team members drive established routes, deliver and pick up uniforms and other facility services on a fast-paced, indoor/outdoor shift.

This role emphasizes building rapport with key decision makers, maintaining safety, and upselling services, with comprehensive training, solid base salary plus commissions, and a 4-day workweek for most schedules. Equal opportunity employer.

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Our Route Service Sales Representatives enjoy:

Key Responsibilities Include:

Skills/Qualifications

Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.In order to comply with DOT requirements,qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:

• Have an active driver's license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding their previous employment

• The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
• A High School diploma, GEDor Military Service
• The ability to demonstrate a strong customer service orientation
• Self-motivation and the drive to work in an environment that relies on teamwork to meet goals

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $45,000 - $90,000/Year. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
