Canadian North is seeking an Aircraft Technician to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Boeing 737 and ATR aircraft under ACA supervision. The role follows a 12-hour night shift with a 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off rotation.

You will work to manufacturer specifications, engage in reconfigurations when needed, and maintain safe and efficient operations while coordinating with the Maintenance leadership team. Training toward a TC AME license is supported.

Formación

• Post-secondary Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) diploma from a Transport Canada-approved program.
• Eligible to obtain a Transport Canada AME License.
• Valid Canadian Driver's License.
• Willingness to travel.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an AVOP.
• Must obtain and retain a Restricted Area Identity Card per Transport Canada regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Boeing 737 and ATR aircraft per manufacturer specifications and procedures.
• Follow Work Sheets, Forms, Work Orders, and Bulletins using approved methods and materials.
• Report to the shift supervisor on assignment and performance.
• Familiarize with maintenance procedures for the aircraft and equipment.
• Perform aircraft reconfigurations as required by operations.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Assist with maintaining safety and compliance standards.
