  • Experience evaluating predictive-maintenance and inspection results, including vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography, ultrasound, and NDT. Industry recognized certifications (Vibration ISO Cat II/III; Oil Analysis MLA-1/2) are preferred.
  • Working knowledge of industry standards and recognized best practices for the design, inspection, maintenance, and reliability of rotating equipment.
  • Familiarity with nuclear station requirements for safety, quality assurance, licensing, configuration management, design change, work management, project development, outage execution, and field work.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot equipment issues; evaluate repair, replacement, or continued-service options; and develop technically defensible reliability-improvement recommendations.
  • Strong ability to prepare engineering evaluations, technical specifications, procedures, procurement documentation, and reports, while collaborating effectively with operations, maintenance, projects, supply chain, and external service providers.
