Our Asset Integrity Management team is currently seeking IRATA Level 3 Rope Technicians to support an upcoming offshore hook-up project. As an IRATA Level 3 Technician, you will conduct inspection activities following approved plans and procedures.

What will you be doing?
  1. Ensure Rope Access activities comply with safety practices, legislation, and HSSE policies.
  2. Support safety, quality, and regulatory processes; adopt safe work practices according to industry standards and scope.
  3. Assist with inspection and replacement of equipment and logistical tasks to maintain installation readiness.
  4. Perform inspection services at heights and in difficult access points safely and with high quality.
  5. Ensure operational safety of all rope access equipment.
  6. Assist in high angle rescue activities as part of the HAR team.
  7. Supervise, support, and mentor other technicians.
We think you should have:
  • Rope Access IRATA Level III Certification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Membership in the Industrial Rope Access Trade Association.
  • Trade Certificate and previous experience as a journeyperson, where applicable.
  • Experience working in industrial conditions and operational environments.
  • Experience on offshore assets, drilling, and production facilities.
  • Additional qualifications like rigging training, EVITA, LEEA, or other lifting equipment inspection certifications, and knowledge of NDT methods.
  • Ability to complete mandatory safety training, drug and alcohol screening, medical assessments, and meet offshore work and travel qualifications, including physical ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Eagerness to learn different inspection methods.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • A skilled trade certification (e.g., welder, electrician, pipefitter).
