Position Summary

Tacten is currently recruiting for Rope Access Technicians who hold currently IRATA Level 1 or 2 tickets to support project work in the Edmonton area. As a Rope Access Technician at Tacten, you will be contributing directly to the success of our clients' operations. Project Details:

Preference for local to Alberta, however flights can be provided from within Canada for suitable candidates.

Duration: Start date May 20th for approximately 30 days.

6/1 Rotation with 12 hour shifts (Day and Night shifts available).

Responsibilities

• This job will involve power washing tanks and painting on primer of the tanks and other outdoor areas while working via rope access.

Requirements

• Rope Access IRATA Certificate, Level 1 or 2 is mandatory

• Industrial or painting work experience is considered an asset

• Skilled Labourer Ticket is an asset

• CSO or BSO is required

• ESC Confined Space Monitor and Entry

• ESC Fall Protection

• Exceptional safety and quality awareness

• Ability to maintain positive working relations with clients and co-workers

• Ability to solve problems and manage time effectively

• Self-motivated and capable of working at a high technical and performance level

• Strong work ethic
