Renaissance Edmonton Airport Hotel is seeking a Room Stylist to join our vibrant housekeeping team in Edmonton, Canada. This full-time role offers $19 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours per week, with responsibilities spanning cleaning and styling guest rooms and public spaces.

You will support training, safety compliance, and guest services while collaborating across departments to ensure a polished and welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• Comprehension - you should understand and interpret written information in work-related documents such as brand standards and checklists.
• Writing - strong written communication skills are essential to communicate effectively with guests and other team members.
• Oral comprehension - ability to listen actively and understand information presented through spoken words and sentences.
• Customer and personal service - understand customer service principles, assess needs, meet standards, and evaluate satisfaction.
• Analytical/critical thinking - ability to organize information, recognize patterns, identify problems, and evaluate solutions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all areas from bedrooms to public spaces dazzle with cleanliness daily.
• Stay on top of reports and training to maintain top-notch skills and service.
• Respond to guests with exceptional care and attention through the Guest Response Program.
• Manage key control and Lost and Found, secure items and maintain records.
• Maintain a professional and ethical demeanor in all guest and colleague interactions.
• Champion cleanliness in public areas and ensure spaces shine.
• Adhere to safety protocols to create a stylish yet safe environment.
• Follow checklists to maintain high standards and report issues promptly.
• Be punctual and ready to contribute to the housekeeping routine daily.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain a unified guest experience.
• Deliver VIP-level customer service to guests and vendors.
