Key Activity Summary
Under the direction of the Lifestyle Manager, the Room Attendant provides housekeeping services within tenant rooms, respecting client privacy and choices.
Strives to exceed guest expectations by responding attentively, efficiently, and politely to tenant requests, questions, concerns, or complaints. Takes ownership of tenant issues and follows up to ensure satisfaction.
Completes all assigned rooms within the allotted time, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism in all work areas, including common areas.
Ensures all aspects of a room are in working order and reports repairs needed to the Building Services Coordinator.
Maintains tenant security and privacy at all times, including monitoring the emergency response system. Assists with laundry services as required.
Additional Responsibilities
Assist with cleaning of common areas as needed.
Adhere to WHMIS protocols and infection control guidelines, maintaining MSDS records.
Perform other duties as assigned.
