Coast Canmore Hotel & Conference Centre in Canmore, AB, is seeking a Full-time Room Attendant to maintain cleanliness in guest rooms and public spaces. The role emphasizes delivering high sanitation standards and safety practices for a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities include making beds, cleaning, stocking amenities, handling linen and recycling, and assisting laundry. Benefits after probation include staff meals, health benefits, and parking.

Responsabilidades

• Refresh guest amenities, make beds, dust, vacuum, mop floors, shampoo carpets, wash walls and windows; deliver and pick up linen and glassware; manage recycling and garbage; assist laundry.
• Complete 14 rooms per shift.
• Support housekeeping team and schedules.
• Report maintenance problems in public areas immediately.
• Ensure lost and found items are returned to housekeeping.
• Participate in recycling program and safety training.
• Familiarity with housekeeping chemicals, equipment, WHMIS, SDS & PPE.
• Maintain safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.
• Follow hotel security procedures.

Coast Canmore Hotel & Conference Centre is located in central Canmore.

We are seeking a Full-time Room Attendant.

We don't have an approved LMIA for this position. The position is available for applicants with a valid work status in Canada & We can support Francophone Mobility program

We are a busy 164-room hotel and conference centre located in Canmore, Alberta.

Objective:

• To be responsible for keeping hotelroomsand other guest spaces clean, sanitary, and attractive to ensure that guests enjoy their stay
• To provide ultimate cleanliness to guest rooms and follow all health and safety guidelines

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Refreshing guest amenities, making beds, dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, shampooing carpets, washing walls & windows, delivering guest request, delivering & picking up linen/glassware, emptying and disposing of elevator landings recycling & garbage, aiding laundry
• Complete 14 room per shift
• Support and assist housekeeping team in tasks, duties and scheduling required to maintain successful operational departments
• Report maintenance problems in public area immediately to room checkers
• Ensure lost & found items are returned to the housekeeping office
• Support and participate our hotel’s recycling program
• Be familiar with hotel facilities, housekeeping/laundry chemicals & equipment
• Participate in on-going training with equipment, tasks, and duties
• Be knowledgeable in Health & Safety, WHMIS, SDS & PPE
• Ensure & provide safe & healthy environment for both guests & staff
• Ensure hotel security is protected by following the proper procedures
