Job Description

You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Room Attendant, you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring they are clean, comfortable, and create a memorable experience for guests.

Please note: the end date for this role will be November 12, 2025.

What You Will Be Doing

• Clean all assigned guestrooms to standard; including making beds, dusting, removing soiled linen, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, inside window cleaning, replenishing supplies, etc.
• Ensure proper usage of all cleaning products & wear all required personal protective equipment.
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest.
• Respect guests’ privacy and belongings while providing exceptional service.
• Restock housekeeping carts & closet/service areas daily.
• Track and update room assignments throughout the day.
• Report any maintenance concerns promptly.
• Follow all hotel and departmental policies, procedures, and health & safety protocols.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset
• Ability to anticipate and focus on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
• Excellent organizational skills and time management
• Effective communication in English, both written & verbal

Physical Requirements

• Constant standing and walking throughout shift
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps
• Ability to perform duties involving repetitive bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting heavy objects
