Job summary

Kibbi Technologies Inc. in Sydney, Nova Scotia is seeking a hotel housekeeping attendant to maintain guest rooms and on-site areas.

You will dust furniture, vacuum carpets, make beds, change sheets, distribute towels and toiletries, clean fixtures and report lost and found items, while attending to guest requests with courtesy and efficiency. Candidates with 1 to less than 7 months experience, strong attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
• 1 to less than 7 months of experience is acceptable for this role.

Responsibilities

• Dust furniture and clean surfaces.
• Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture.
• Make beds and change sheets.
• Distribute clean towels and toiletries.
• Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
• Handle and report lost and found items.
• Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
• Provide basic information on facilities.
• Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
• Wash windows, walls and ceilings.
