CentiMark Ltd. is actively hiring an experienced Roofing Operations Manager in Mississauga, ON! The Roofing Operations Manager will supervise, coordinate, and ensure the timely installation and completion of roofing projects for both Production and Service. They will be responsible for managing employee relations, job supervision, and customer satisfaction.

This role offers a base salary of $90k - $100k plus bonus potential!

Job Summary:

• Manage financial statements
• Recruit and retain qualified workers
• Ensure safe, profitable, and high-quality commercial roofing projects
• Maintain good communication between sales and operations
• Address and resolve issues that arise during projects
• Ensure customer satisfaction

Candidate Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Roofing (required)
• Must be a current Canadian Citizen
• Problem-solving and time management skills
• Ability to manage and motivate teams
• Sales experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Operations management experience preferred
• Understanding of the roofing industry is preferred
