Job description

Role: Foreman Roofer

Summary: The Foreman will be responsible for supervising the crew and ensuring safety and productivity during the installation of roofing systems on industrial, institutional, and commercial buildings.

Daily responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the safe installation of commercial roofing systems (Modified Bitumen, BUR, TPO, EPDM, Coatings) on industrial, institutional, and commercial buildings.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications for commercial roofing systems.
• Manage administrative activities, including timekeeping, material and equipment use, and safety reporting.
