We’re currently seeking aLead Hand Carpenter/Labourerto join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced, dependable, and confident, leading small crews on renovation projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and assist in various residential and commercial renovation projects
• Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
• Coordinate on-site tasks and support junior team members
• Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to timelines
• Communicate effectively with the team and clients as needed
