Job summary

Convoy Supply Ltd is seeking a Roof Loader for our Victoria location at 2948 Ed Nixon Terr. This role involves loading and unloading materials for trucks and safely staging them on rooftops, with occasional shipper/receiver duties when not loading.

You’ll work in a safety‑conscious environment that values reliability and teamwork. Ideal candidates are physically capable, comfortable working at heights, and able to follow safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry 75 lbs repeatedly daily.
• Able to easily work on rooftops.
• Basic math skills for counting.
• Be reliable, safe, and able to attend work regularly.
• Able to adhere to all safety protocols.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety protocols for fall protection
• Interest in working in a physically demanding, labour-intensive position
• Load and unload materials for trucks and safely stage them on a rooftop for customers
• Assist Drivers with load securement following all safety compliance
• Assist Drivers at the job site
• Document review of materials being loaded onto the truck and delivered to the job site
• Shipping and receiving of materials when required

Position Summary

For a Roof Loader, we are looking for a physically strong person who is good at working at heights for our Victoria location at 2948 Ed Nixon Terr. This position has the opportunity to learn about our industry, new equipment and our business operations. This role may also perform Shipper Receiver duties when not acting as a Roof Loader.
