Experience & Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience is required. Please note that general retail roles (e.g., working at big box retailers, or similar) that do not include commission-based selling or performance targets are not considered qualifying sales experience for this position.
  • Formal training in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales etc.) is considered a strong asset.
  • Telecommunications experience is preferred but not required.
  • Work-related Skills : Proficient in navigating multiple CRM and business systems simultaneously.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Applies proven sales and retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Experienced in B2B telecommunications sales
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a structured sales process in a fast-paced environment
Other Requirements
  • This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, with availability Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. Additional hours may be worked at your discretion.³
  • Must be living in one of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Québec, Saskatchewan, Yukon.
Role Summary

Join Rogers as an Outbound Business Sales Consultant and help existing Small-Medium Business customers upgrade and optimize their wireless phone services You’ll engage clients through inbound and outbound calls, consult on their current packages, and uncover opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that drive more value.

Compensation & Training
  • Base pay + commission : Earn $61K–$121K+ CAD per year, based on your performance¹
  • Paid training : Get fully certified before you start²
  • Flexible remote work : Create your own schedule between Monday and Friday, 8 : 00AM to 5 : 00PM EST
Notes

This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, scheduled anytime Monday to Friday between 8 : 00 AM and 5 : 00 PM EST. While additional hours beyond 20 are not compensated at an hourly rate, working more time will significantly increase your commission earnings.¹
