Job summary

Ledcor is seeking experienced Rock Truck Operators for a road building project in Fort McMurray. If you’re reliable, safety-focused, and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities include safely operating 40T rock trucks, hauling materials, conducting inspections, and following site rules. Candidates must have 2+ years in similar roles, a Class 5 license, and be available for day/night shifts. Safety training is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience operating articulated trucks in construction, mining or earthworks.
• Strong understanding of safe hauling, loading, dumping, and traffic management.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
• Available for day and night shifts.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Successful completion of pre-access drug and alcohol testing.
• CSCS CSTS/CSO or OSSA BSO safety orientation required.

• Follow haul road rules, site traffic plans, and radio communication protocols
• Work closely with supervisors, excavator operators, dozer operators, and grade crews
• Adhere to all Ledcor and project safety policies, procedures, and site requirements
