Toyota North America is seeking a Machine Seibi Tech for a 12‑month contract in Cambridge, Ontario. The role involves supporting welding equipment and robot systems across North American manufacturing sites, with a 9:00 AM–5:00 PM on‑site schedule.

Ideal candidates hold a 2‑year technical degree (A.S.) or equivalent, plus experience in industrial maintenance, robot programming, PLC logic modifications, and troubleshooting. 401K and medical/dental/vision benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree (A.S.) or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in industrial maintenance, robot programming, PLC logic modification and troubleshooting.
• Offline and/or online robot programming.
• Confirm that new model equipment meets set standards and performs as intended.
• Prepare and confirm new Body Weld equipment at the vendors.
• Support weld machine Seibi activity at North American Manufacturing Companies from installation to start of production.
• Develop equipment countermeasures during set up/trials.
