Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in robotics R&D, data engineering, or applied research.
• Strong grasp of robotics data pipelines and multimodal schemas (RGB-D, IMU, pose, language).
• Experience in robot perception, control, or data-driven learning methodologies.
• Degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience at top robotics or AI companies is a plus, familiarity with embodied AI datasets or imitation learning pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Define and standardize robotics data formats, schemas, and benchmarks to enhance data usability.
• Design data collection methods, including human demonstrations, teleoperation, and sensor integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on model training data requirements.
• Evaluate datasets for diversity, scalability, and impact to improve robot learning outcomes.
• Prototype experiments and tools to facilitate efficient data gathering processes.
