Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in Systems Engineering, Platform Engineering, Embedded Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong experience administering Ubuntu or other Linux distributions.
• Experience with Linux provisioning and automation technologies (cloud-init, Autoinstall, imaging).
• Proficiency in C++ and Python for embedded/software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop embedded systems software in C++ and Python.
• Build and maintain Ubuntu-based Linux systems used across robotic platforms.
• Develop automated provisioning, imaging, and configuration workflows for deployed systems.
• Create tools to manage software installation, updates, and lifecycle management.
• Support containerized applications using Docker.
• Collaborate on system integration, hardware bring-up, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot Linux, networking, hardware, and deployment-related issues.
