Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, refine, and execute ongoing digital and integrated channel strategies in collaboration with platform Marketing Managers.
  • Facilitate/Lead the local Surgery team’s internal asset management platform, working closely with the platform marketers to ensure all marketing materials are effectively created and organized.
  • Support marketing efforts for the Robotics and Digital portfolio, including the creation of marketing assets and promotional materials.
  • Support the marketing team in pushing out content across various social media platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Manage national and regional conferences, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful preparation, execution, and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Event logistics, Sample Management, PO Management, Inventory Management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Life Sciences or a related field and/or College degree in related field.
  • Proven understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and standard processes is required.
  • Marketing experience in a digital world is required (social media, paid media, search, digital analytics etc.).
  • Experience in event management is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, collaborators, and external partners.

Other:

  • Travel is limited for this position.
  • Familiarity with design tools is an asset, including but not limited to Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Canva etc.
  • Bilingual (French) is an asset.
  • Completion of specific digital marketing certificate programs is an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
