Advanced Flow Systems in Calgary, AB, is seeking a Robotic Welder Operator to join our team. You will set up, program, and operate robotic welding equipment on advanced production lines, ensuring weld quality and output meet specifications.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of robotic welding experience, MIG/TIG knowledge, and the ability to read drawings. Join us to contribute to innovative pressure vessel and pipe system manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of robotic welding programming and operating experience.
• Strong knowledge of weld quality standards.
• Experience with MIG and TIG welding.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with IGM robotic welding systems is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate robotic welding equipment.
• Troubleshoot welding, equipment, and robot performance issues.
• Optimize welding programs and processes.
• Monitor weld quality and production output.
• Support process improvements and new product trials.
• Work with production and engineering teams to improve efficiency and quality.
