Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned civil engineering leader to head the Roads and Highways team in Calgary. You will oversee project management and delivery from planning through construction, interface with clients, and drive business development.

This role requires a PE, a master’s preferred, and at least 15 years of experience. You will mentor staff, ensure HSSE compliance, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering; Master’s preferred.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.).
• Minimum 15 years of related work experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
