Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Canada Inc. is seeking an experienced road design professional in Montréal to join the Road Engineering team.

You will perform 3D design of road structures, review drawings for compliance, and prepare quantity estimates, contributing to project delivery. The role requires a DEC in civil engineering, strong proficiency in Québec road design tools, and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with a track record on MTQ/Sustainable Mobility projects.

Qualifications

• Hold a college diploma (DEC) in civil engineering or a related field.
• Proficient in design software used in road engineering in Québec, such as OpenRoads Designer, PowerInroads, MicroStation, and Civil 3D.
• Demonstrate natural leadership to play an active role in project delivery and mentoring junior staff.
• Have previous experience working on projects for Québec’s Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in road infrastructure design in Québec.
